Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity using standardized triage protocols and provided diagnostic equipment
- Operate digital health monitoring tools including pulse oximeters and BP monitors
- Coordinate with physicians via integrated telehealth systems for rapid consults
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with provided tablet devices
- Train on new triage technologies including AI-assisted symptom checkers
- Lead emergency response protocols using provided emergency crash carts
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years emergency/trauma nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Experience with telehealth triage platforms preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
