As a key member of our trauma team, you'll leverage our technology to rapidly assess patients, prioritize care, and save lives in Kern County's busiest ER.
Responsibilities
- Utilize electronic triage systems to assess and prioritize patients based on acuity
- Operate advanced diagnostic equipment including ECG monitors, pulse oximeters, and vital sign tracking devices
- Collaborate with physicians using telemedicine platforms for remote consultations
- Implement evidence-based protocols using our digital decision-support tools
- Train on new medical equipment including point-of-care testing devices
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with our integrated EMR system
Qualifications
- Active California RN license with current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years emergency department or critical care experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and triage software
- Experience operating advanced monitoring and diagnostic equipment
- Strong clinical judgment in rapid assessment situations
- Ability to work efficiently with provided digital tools and telemedicine systems
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
