Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments using provided diagnostic tools and monitoring equipment
- Prioritize patients based on acuity levels using EHR triage protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists via telehealth systems provided
- Document clinical findings using digital charting tools and mobile devices
- Train on advanced triage technologies including vital sign monitors and ECG machines
- Maintain equipment calibration and readiness per hospital standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for triage accuracy
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota
- Minimum 2 years emergency department or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience with telemedicine and remote monitoring equipment
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently with provided diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication and de-escalation abilities
