Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical specialty (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in shift handovers and team huddles for continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada or compact state
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in specialty area
- ACLS, BLS, and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, ENPC)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
