Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care based on acuity using provided digital triage tools
- Utilize advanced monitoring equipment (ECG, pulse oximeters, BP monitors) for accurate patient evaluation
- Collaborate with physicians via telehealth systems for remote consultations
- Maintain electronic health records using our integrated EHR platform
- Provide clear patient education using our digital resources library
- Coordinate with emergency services when critical care is required
Qualifications
- NYS RN license with current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years emergency or urgent care triage experience
- Proficiency with digital health records and telemedicine platforms
- Ability to work with provided medical equipment (ECG monitors, digital thermometers, etc.)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EHR systems preferred
