Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity using provided digital triage systems and diagnostic equipment
- Utilize advanced monitoring tools to prioritize emergency cases
- Document patient encounters via our EHR platform with provided mobile devices
- Collaborate with physicians using telemedicine equipment and digital communication tools
- Train on new medical equipment through our continuous education programs
- Maintain equipment calibration and functionality per hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas with BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years emergency department or urgent care experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records and diagnostic equipment
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong assessment skills with ability to operate medical devices
- Excellent communication abilities using provided communication systems
- Ability to work night shifts with provided safety equipment
