Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments via phone, telehealth, and in-person triage
- Provide accurate medical advice based on clinical protocols and patient symptoms
- Coordinate urgent care referrals and emergency services as needed
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients on home care instructions and preventive measures
- Manage high-volume call centers with efficiency and empathy
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Nevada
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in emergency or urgent care
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required) and PALS preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
