Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone, telehealth, and in-person consultations to determine urgency
- Provide accurate medical advice and triage care protocols per established guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care pathways
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) with precision and timeliness
- Educate patients on home care instructions and follow-up procedures
- Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing assignments dynamically

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee with minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required; TNCC preferred

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
