Responsibilities
- Assess patient calls via phone and telehealth triage systems
- Determine urgency and prioritize patient care needs
- Provide clinical guidance to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Document encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Follow established clinical protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records
- Ability to work independently and in teams
