Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments via phone, telehealth, and in-person
- Prioritize cases using established triage protocols and clinical judgment
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams for seamless patient transitions
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems
- Provide clear education to patients about treatment plans and resources

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (CA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in emergency or urgent care
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities across diverse populations
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- BSN preferred
