Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments via phone and telehealth systems
- Prioritize patient cases using clinical decision support tools
- Coordinate care with emergency departments and specialists
- Document patient interactions in EHR systems with precision
- Manage patient flow during high-volume periods
- Provide expert medical advice to patients and families

Qualifications
- Current Nebraska RN license (required)
- 3+ years emergency or triage experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Proficiency with telehealth and EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and de-escalation abilities
- Experience with digital assessment tools
