Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient assessments and prioritize cases in emergency department settings
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Utilize triage protocols to determine patient acuity levels
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or ability to obtain immediately
- Graduation from accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
