Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient assessments via phone and in-person to determine urgency
- Accurately document patient information using EHR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient prioritization
- Provide clear medical instructions to patients and caregivers
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible to obtain immediately)
- Recent nursing graduate or career transitioner welcome
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Valid BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days)
