Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency
- Provide accurate triage recommendations via phone and telehealth
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Delicate patient education on self-care and next steps
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered)
