Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments using standardized triage protocols
- Accurately prioritize patients based on acuity levels and medical urgency
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient encounters and vital information
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate patient care plans
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of California
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
