Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using standardized triage protocols
- Provide accurate medical guidance to patients over phone and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
- Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Manage patient flow during peak hours and emergency situations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience (ER/urgent care preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong computer proficiency with EHR systems

- Spanish bilingualism is a plus
