Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via phone and in-person triage
- Utilize EHR systems to document patient interactions and prioritize care needs
- Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate patient disposition
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients and family members
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in emergency response drills and quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor new nurses during the paid training program
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Minnesota
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records
- Commitment to completing the full 12-week paid training program
