Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephone and telehealth symptom assessments for patients.
- Apply critical thinking to determine patient acuity and appropriate level of care.
- Provide immediate medical advice, treatment plans, and referrals to physicians.
- Document all triage interactions accurately and promptly in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of patient care.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (Triage or Telehealth experience preferred).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
