Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments to prioritize care based on acuity
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to determine appropriate treatment pathways
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide clear communication to patients and families during critical moments

Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities

- Proficiency with EMR systems
