Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care based on urgency
- Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Provide clear communication to patients and families
- Manage triage protocols for emergency and non-emergency cases
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- NY State RN License (required)
- 2+ years emergency or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and empathy abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred
