Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize medical urgency using clinical protocols
- Provide accurate medical advice via phone, video, and in-person triage
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient encounters in electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state)
