Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments using standardized triage protocols
- Utilize telehealth technology to provide remote consultations
- Collaborate with physicians to prioritize emergency cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Delicate patient education on home care and follow-up procedures
- Coordinate care transitions across departments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada or compact state
- Minimum 1 year emergency room or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Completion of paid training program within 90 days
