Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care based on medical urgency
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient education on healthcare resources and preventive care
- Monitor patient vital signs and track critical changes
- Coordinate with specialists and ancillary departments for seamless care transitions

Qualifications
- Active California RN license with current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of ER or urgent care experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
