Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to elderly and disabled clients
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to nursing staff
- Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs
- Document client care accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and families
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
