Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Support patients with nutritional needs and meal services
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and inventory management
- Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active NC CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
