Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate bedside care and assistance with daily activities
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
- Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a safe, sanitized environment following strict infection protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
