Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive bedside care and emotional support
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and accuracy
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, feeding, and mobility
- Collaborate with nursing teams to implement patient care plans
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient observations and interventions
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
