Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration per facility protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Complete detailed documentation in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active Kansas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Commitment to 12-hour night shift availability
