Responsibilities
- Patient Assistance: Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Care Documentation: Accurately document patient care plans, symptoms, and progress in electronic health records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with nurses, doctors, and family members regarding patient status.
- Infection Control: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist with mobility as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification: Current CNA license in California or Florida (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience preferred, but Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Compassionate demeanor, patience, and strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
