Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety.
- Administer medications and document patient care plans accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Texas CNA certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull patients weighing up to 250 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Valid state-issued ID and background check clearance.
