Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility needs.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not always required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Clean background check and drug screening clearance.
