Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
- Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of RNs and LPNs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA certification in the state of Minnesota.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients as necessary.
- Compassionate attitude and a commitment to patient-centered care.
