Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and documenting medical records accurately.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed nurses.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for all patients.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and call lights.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA or LPN license in the State of Florida.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
