Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and health status.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to implement and adjust patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all residents and patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare staff.
- Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and changing medical conditions.
Qualifications
- Current RN or CNA license in the State of Massachusetts.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient advocacy.
