Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
- Prepare patients for examination by recording vital signs and medical history.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient visits and minor procedures.
- Perform basic laboratory tests (e.g., blood draws, urinalysis) following strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment for patient care areas.
- Update and file patient medical records accurately in the electronic health system.
- Coordinate with front office staff to schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Candidates must possess a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
