Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care support.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current RN License in the State of Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy and EHR experience is a plus.
- A compassionate attitude and commitment to patient-centered care.
