Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active NV RN license (or compact license with quick endorsement)
- BSN or Associate degree in Nursing (ADN with 2+ years experience)
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
