Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care under the supervision of experienced nursing staff and physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed medical plans and protocols.
- Document patient progress accurately and promptly in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during their stay.
Qualifications
- Active RN License (or currently in the process of obtaining licensure in Washington State).
- Nursing Degree from an accredited institution (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patient care and well-being.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with medical software.
