Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and behaviors
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Administer medications under supervision per protocol
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team on care plans
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active North CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for charting
