Responsibilities
- Provide virtual clinical support including patient intake and preliminary assessments
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and facilitate provider-patient communication

Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in healthcare settings
