Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and comprehensive assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient medical records, vital signs, and progress notes accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care instructions and health maintenance.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical care needs.
- Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but open to new graduates.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
