Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments and prioritize cases based on acuity levels
- Provide telehealth and in-person triage services for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Delicate patient education and discharge instructions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada with at least 2 years ER/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities in high-stress situations
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
- Spanish bilingual preferred
