Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care based on medical urgency
- Provide telehealth and in-person triage consultations
- Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans
- Document cases accurately in EMR systems
- Train incoming staff on triage protocols
- Handle high-pressure emergency situations calmly
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Ability to start immediately upon offer
