Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid patient assessments and prioritize cases based on urgency
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop care plans
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and communication
- Provide clear instructions to patients regarding home care or emergency protocols
- Monitor vital signs and symptoms to determine appropriate level of care
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong triage assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Exceptional communication and crisis management abilities
