Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Administer medications under RN supervision with precise documentation
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- BLS/CPR certification required (AHA preferred)
