Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, health observations, and resident preferences
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams to create personalized care plans
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
