Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care to patients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and accurately record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure maximum safety and comfort.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual patient needs.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment by communicating effectively with patients and families.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized patient living space.
- Document all care activities and changes in patient condition in electronic medical records (EMR).
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift patients safely (up to 50 lbs).
