Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and administer medication as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas using wheelchair or stretcher.
Qualifications
- Current, valid California CNA Certification (State License).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR Certification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients as required.
- Proof of negative TB test or chest X-ray within the last 6 months.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
