Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist nurses with procedures and prepare patients for examinations.
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent pressure sores.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities and changes in patient condition accurately.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Nevada CNA License required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- CPR/BLS certification (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
