Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility, transferring, and positioning safely to prevent falls.
- Communicate any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding for patients with special dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient living space.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a current state CNA license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
